Finding time to love and care for ourselves can be one of the biggest challenges we face in the fast-paced world we live in today.  Making time for self-care is crucial for your wellbeing and mental stability.

Self-care should be something you make time for on a weekly basis at minimum.  I personally try to find a little time for self-care daily through meditation or a nice bath (with a bath bomb, of course!).  There are some day’s when I unplug from technology and social media to let myself sink into the world.  These are days when I could be found painting or out somewhere taking pictures and enjoying the world we live in.
